The original bike came from New Orleans and was a Katrina survivor, a real swap meet special, nothing wrong with that at all but all we are using is the motor and tranny!

Darren liked the way the neck was windowed on my frame so it's bye bye to that plate!!

Paughco rigid frame, no rake no stretch no fatbob mounts..a perfect platform, I've used Paughco's stuff for years and I think they make damn good products..now send me some free shit!! Darren's a good guy and a great brother, I've known him for almost ten years now and I'm humbled that he wants me to help him build his dream..stay tuned as we will show more updates as we do a full mockup. A narrow Paughco springer and Paughco Mustang tank, spool 21" front wheel with upsweeps with cocktail shaker mufflers, this bike is gonna be sweet!

I had the real pleasure of meeting Big Rig and his fine ol lady in Santa Rosa, NM at THBC Smokeout West and if they are any indication of the kind of people that ride in Oklahoma then that ain't a bad place to be in my book!!! Well I FINALLY got started on mocking up my 46 Knuckle..man has this been a long time coming..notice the correct Linkert carb thanks to Big Paul at Bare Knuckle Choppers for saving my ass yet AGAIN!!!! I'm fortunate enough to know Fab Kevin and his lovely wife Carla as personal friends of mine for a few years now and I have to say they are truly awesome people and by the way Kevin makes some incredible parts for motorcycles if you haven't heard, I use his tag brackets exclusively as well as alot of other dependable parts that he makes, so if your looking for something that will last longer than your bike probably will give Kevin a call and yes he does custom orders as well, tell him Roadside sent ya!!!

Purple Haze progress...

Well I'm trying to finish this muthafucka up as quick as I can but when your using chrome hardware on almost EVERY FUCKIN PIECE it kinda slows you up but once it's done it will be well worth the effort..Big Paul from Bare Knuckle Choppers in Skank Louis made the front half of these pipes for me and Tommy and yours truly added the ripple exhaust tubing on them while Triangle plating did all of the polishing and plating on all of this build..thanks Frank. Big Paul did an amazing job on the pipes..I wouldn't expect anything else from him and Rad, check them out, believe me if they don't have it they can make it!! Roadside

I know it's a shitty pic but I'm no Josh Kurpius so deal with it people..I think these might be an early set of AEE 41mm narrow glide trees but I'm not positive on that because I can't find any markings or identification on them..shoot me a line if you know what they are..Roadside

I'm a slacker...

Sorry for my lack of posting as of late, just dealing with alot of bullshit behind the scenes. My hero and idol, Shelton Davis (my Dad), goes in for a hip replacement surgery tommorow morning and I have been trying to get everything ready so that will be a smooth process for him to heal up. I was trying to have Purple Haze done for the EZ Riders show in ATL this weekend so I could spend some time with my brothers and close friends but it just wasn't in the cards this go around..sorry for letting you guys down..I'm not a very religious guy but please keep my Dad in your thoughts and prayers..thanks Roadside
