Riki Rachtman,Caleb,Taime from Faster Pussycat and your reporter trying to act like he's cool!!!
One of the things I really dig agbout Sturgis is the chance I get to see good brothers from around the country that I might not get to see around other events or parties that I get to make it to..well one of those brothers is Caleb "Cro" Owens who has the fine distinction of being from the Sunshine state just like yours truly! I first met Caleb at the first Smokeout West in AZ and we hit it off immediately and have tried to stay in touch as best we could over the years, in addition to being one helluva bike builder, artist, fabricator and fisherman he's a genuine nice guy who deserves all the credit he gets and more!!! I'm proud of all he's accomplished professionally as well as personally and I trust that there's alot more creativity to come and when your out surfing the web be sure to check out his blog Cro Customs Thirteen 24..it's Roadside Marty approved (whatever that's worth), great seeing you brother and congrats on EVERYTHING!!!!!! A jelly doughnut?????????
One of the highlights of Sturgis this year was getting to meet the "Gunny" R. Lee Ermey at Michael Lichter's Born Free exhibit, he was just walking around talking with whoever wanted to talk with him when me and Darren freaked out and told him we were big fans and would he mind taking a pic with two ex Army guys to which he replied.."Sure, everybody makes mistakes!"..fuckin classic!!!! Stay tuned for more Sturgis pics and hopefully I can figure out how to rotate them so they are straight next time!!! RM

Sturgis...
I know I haven't posted in a while but after I get back from Sturgis I will get it in gear and start regularly posting again, time is a very precious commodity that I seem to have very little of lately so bear with me folks..if you see me in Sturgis and I don't say hello it's because I didn't know you wanted me to..Roadside Marty

If your reading this blog you already know this but if you need EXCELLENT parts as well as customer service don't hesitate to Kevin a call..Roadside Marty

Hogs are Beautiful!!!!!
I was extremely lucky to pick up this stretched Knuckle frame and Mustang tank over in New Orleans a few weeks ago for the 47 Knuckle motor that came my way back in March..not to go into too many details but this frame used to belong to one of the Galloping Gooses in NOLA and was painted by "Polack Joe" in 5/81 and I'm gonna run this baby just like she is so stay tuned for more updates on this true chopper time machine..Roadside Marty
